"The Classic Train Caboose" "Gone Yes - But Not Forgotten" The design was inspired by a real Train Caboose at Crossroads Village in Flint, Mi. It was hand built - painstakingly - in the year 2000 (taking 6 years) proudly by the owner Frank with help and encouragement from his father. I'm very proud of my design, its original, very functional and its fun. The classic Train Caboose had been around for over 150 years and I intend to help make sure this classic design is not forgotten. Rates

Possible Scenario
Relax
Wake up in the morning, sit in bed with a nice cup of "Caboose Coffee" and view Lake Superior in all her tempermental glory. Then go agate hunting on the beach or fish the countless lakes in the area. Maybe take a swim at the Muskallonge Lake beach or even in Lake Superior. Take in a spectacular Sunset or a Sunrise on the same beach (how rare). In the evening sit on the beach and view the stars like you have never seen them (when was the last time you seen the Milky Way). When they happen the Northern Lights displays are truly spectacular. In winter snowmobiling is King here with 200 to 300 inches of annual snowfall. Part of the allure is the "feeling" of remoteness and Lake Superiors rugged yet unspoiled beautiful shoreline. Fall colors only add to this rugged beauty. A fast paced life doesn't exist here.
